Dear Friends and Family,

I am again taking part in the Lupus Loop & Walk to End Lupus Now, happening this year on October 29, 2023. The funds raised from this walk make an immediate impact on over 70,000 people living with lupus in the tristate area, including me. Every step and every dollar raised brings us one step closer to a cure.

I’m participating in the walk because lupus is a disease that hits very close to home, and it can manifest in so many different ways depending on the person. You would never know if someone was living with lupus unless they shared that part of their lives with you. It can be extremely tough and debilitating, but there are most certainly both good and bad days. Most importantly, it does not define us.
