Welcome to Wendie's Lupus Loop Fundraising Page
Once again, I’m a member of the Lupus Loop planning commitee and the Lead for the Walk-up Registration at the 28th Annual Lupus Loop 5K Run and 2.5 Mile Walk to End Lupus Now® on October 27th, 2019 in Philadelphia, PA.
As a member of Team Haas, the family that was instrumental in creating the Loop over 25 years ago, I remain dedicated to finding a cure for the disease that claimed my best friend's younger sister. Hopefully, you can support my fundraising efforts.
The money I raise helps sustain the support programs and services of the Lupus Foundation of America, Philadelphia Tri-State Chapter that help the more than 40,000 individuals living with the challenges of lupus in the Philadelphia Tri-State area.
You can make a difference in the continued effort to find the causes of and cure for lupus through locally funded research and advocacy efforts.
Lupus is a chronic autoimmune disease that can affect any part of the body (ex. skin, joints, internal organs). Lupus is a disease of flares and remission – making life with lupus very unpredictable. You can click on the Chapter Home link above to find more information on lupus and how you can help us solve the cruel mystery.
Your generosity can help us support thousands affected by lupus, who rely on us to provide critical answers to questions as well as caring support. Your donation would also help accelerate our medical research efforts which seek to bring new advances to people sooner rather than later. Whether it is the individual living with lupus or those at risk, family members, or health professionals, you help provide the tools needed to navigate the complexities and challenges of this disease.
Together, we are making an impact today to fulfill the needs of people affected by lupus, while creating a better future for them and future generations.
Please support me in my fundraising efforts for the 28th Annual Lupus Loop! All donations are 100% tax deductible. Click "Donate Now" to make an online donation. Thank you!
