I’m joining the Lupus Loop and Walk to End Lupus Now Philadelphia on October 30, 2023

As many of you know I have been living with lupus my entire life but officially diagnosed in 1989.  Many of you can remember the days of countless hospital  stays and the physical pain I endured through the years. But with the awareness, funding and  research efforts I was able to received treatment that helped me to live a better quality of life allowing me to do things like run the Philadelphia Marathon, Broad street run, The Reggae Half marathon in Jamaica and many other countless races. It has allowed me to give back to the youth by becoming a USA Track & Field Official. In 2022 I officially became a Lupus Ambassador for the tri state. I couldn't do any of this without your continued support. 

The money I raise helps the Lupus Foundation of America, Philadelphia Tri-State Chapter in their mission to improve the quality of life for all people affected by lupus through programs of research, education, support and advocacy. This is especially supportive for the 50,000+ individuals living with the challenges of lupus in the Philadelphia Tri-State area.
